This year's theme is "Seeing Past Bias." We hope to shine a light on the prevalence of unconscious biases, and learn strategies to help lessen their impact on our professional and personal lives.

Leslie Pascual Witham is the Director of Technology and Innovation at GYK Antler, a full-service marketing agency in Manchester, New Hampshire. Leslie is a Latina immigrant, who has flourished in a field that has been historically male-dominated, fighting against stereotypes of what women can and can't do in tech. She is a volunteer with the TechWomen|TechGirls of NH, as well as host of the Future Tech Women group in Manchester. Leslie’s career across technology and engineering has included focuses in sales, commodities, and advertising.
